Oral Presentation Guidelines:

Oral presenters are expected to give in-person talks in Traverse City unless they have been invited to present virtually as part of a symposia. Talks should be 15min in length with 5min for questions. Speakers should plan to submit their slide decks prior to the conference (see more detail below). The link for uploading presentations will be available on this site soon and will also be emailed to each presenter.

1. Slide decks (PPTx files only) must be uploaded using by Monday, September 22, 2025 at 9:00 am ET. This is a hard deadline and required of all speakers. There will be the ability to update your slide deck on site.

1. Onsite updates may be made in the speaker preview room but must be made at least the day before your talk.
2. The speaker preview roomwill be open at the following times. 
   • Monday, September 29: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm*
   • Tuesday, September 30: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm*
   • Wednesday, October 1: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm*
   • Thursday, October 2: 7:30 – 3:00 am*

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

Individuals giving their poster presentation should prepare both a printed poster for display at the conference and a PDF version to upload. Please review the following information related to posting and attending your posters as well as information for uploading a pdf version.

1. Posters should be prepared and printed with final dimensions equal to or less than 36 inches wide x 48 inches tall. Tacks will be provided but consider bringing a few extras. Poster numbers will be shared in mid-September.
2. All posters should be hung on Tuesday, September 30th between 9:30 am –12:00 pm. Poster presenters are expected to attend their poster during the Poster Networking Event on Tuesday, September 30th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.
3. All posters will need to be removed from the poster hall between 9:30 am – 1:00 pm on Thursday, October 2.  Poster tubes left in the poster areas are left at your own risk. WbS is not responsible for missing poster tubes or posters.
